Created by money raised by a fundraising campaign I led as Graphic Design Senior Show Faculty Advisor.
Prior to my taking over as Senior Show Faculty advisor, the event was held in a conference room where each student had 1/2 of a conference table to display their 11×17 printed portfolios. BY moving the event to the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, each of our 70+ graduates each year were able to feature their capstone projects for a larger and more diverse audience, drawing upwards of 900 visitors for the one-night-only event.
